HHHA Board of Directors encourages and supports its member teams to consider fundraising opportunities as a way to reduce the expense of playing the sport. Due to issues that surround fundraising the Board of Directors has formed a fundraising committee who's task is to provide information and promote the use of fundraising activities by HHHA teams, provide an avenue for approval of proposed fundraising opportunities, and eliminate an potential overlap with existing HHHA contracts with vendors.

HHHA Rules for Fundraising -
1) Once a team has voted to participate in fundraising activities and has an idea which not currently listed as an approved fundraiser the team manager or representative should email its proposal to the HHHA Sponsorship/Fundraising Committee via Marcet Evens at marcetevens@msn.com. The approval process is intended to be simple and easy and the proposals which are submitted should reflect that concept but should contain sufficient detail to make an informed decision. Should the fundraising committee have questions regarding the proposal the team representative will be contacted. Upon notification of approval the team can begin its fundraiser immediately.

2) All profits from the fundraiser, will go into the team account and will be disbursed evenly amongst all the players on the team regardless of individual participation level/amount. Should a team vote to participate in fundraising activities ALL players are encouraged to participate as ALL team members will benefit equally from the fundraising activities of the team. Funds earned as a result of fundraisers can be used for any team related expenses incurred during the season including but not limited to team or coach travel expenses, team apparel and team functions.
