WELCOME TO HHHA SCRIP ONLINE ORDERING!
Go to www.ShopWithScrip.comand go to FAMILY SIGN UP and click CREATE ACCOUNT. When creating your account make sure to allow access for email updates as this will inform you of special increases in rebates, deals, discontinuations, reloadable add’s, and new companies etc… there are no spam emails sent. HHHA’s enrollment code is 68L3L8L429649.After you finish creating your account click MY ACCOUNT and on the left hand side there is a PRESTO PAY tab, click that tab and add your checking or savings account information. There will then be two small deposits made into your checking or savings account within a few days. View your checking or savings account to get those amounts and then go back to your HHHA scrip account and MY ACCOUNT and PRESTO PAY and put those two amounts into the allotted space. You will then receive an approval code, email that approval code to jaimie2020@msn.com to activate your account. Then you are able to place your scrip order and pay via internet. Orders are released on the 1st and 15th of every month so make sure to check out and pay for your order by the day before order release dates. All orders are processed in one transaction with one shipping fee that is split evenly between each account that ordered, ( this keeps the shipping down to cents for all & shipping fee will not apply if order placed was scrip now and or reloads of existing cards), and delivered to the rink for pick up. You will receive an email when the order is in with a schedule for pick up attached. If the schedule for pick up doesn’t work with your schedule we are now having the orders available for pickup at the RED RINK HOCKEY OFFICE from Diane Wirth. If Diane is not in the office at the time Denise McClure also has ability to retrieve your order for you.
If you do not use the presto pay online you can drop payment to Jaimie Lewis, Diane Wirth, or Denise McClure or make use of the newly located drop box in the RED RINK HOCKEY OFFICE door wall, or mail to the Prominade Attn: HHHA DIANE WIRTH SCRIP 10710 Westminster Blvd, Westminster, CO 80020. If mailing make sure you allow delivery time in order to make the order release dates. **All orders must be pre-paid for, before they are approved and submitted for delivery on order release dates. When payment is received in full either online, by mail, in person, or in the drop box your order will be submitted on the next release date.
SCRIP SCHEDULE
Whichever way you choose to order (hard copy form or online), scrip orders will be picked up (and placed) by the 1st & 15th of each month. All scrip orders must be dropped off or ordered online and paid for by the evening before the release dates as to ensure release and delivery. There is a guarantee of 7 business day delivery of the order so order accordingly. Scrip orders will be available for pickup at the rink when you receive your pick up notice via email that your order has been received. If you have Presto Pay allScrip now orders and Reloads on your existing cards will be released daily so that your funds are available a.s.a.p. (there is no shipping costs on these types of orders so get your initial cards now and start re-loading whenever you want). Please check the web site often. Percentages/prices change all the time and you might miss a great deal. There is a weekly email sent out of Jaimie Lewis’ rink schedule and availability so make sure you are signed up on the HHHA email list that is located on the home page at www. Hhha.org.
EARNED REBATES APPLIED
We will be adding your earned rebates onto your online accounts monthly to show you your earnings and to your hockey accounts automatically by the end of the month to apply to your fees. The cut off date is the 25th of each month so that we can have time to apply to your account. King Soopers reloads have a lag time of 45 days and will be manually entered monthly when statement is received. You will receive an email stating when it has been added to your account. Your able to run a report on your online account at www.shopwithscrip.com by clicking the tab reports and selecting Family Order Rebate Summary Report. These reports will not show the small shipping costs that are applied for each delivery order so you will see a small difference between the amount your report shows you’ve earned and the credit amount toward your fees. To calculate just minus your report amount from the amount applied to your fees and you will see the small shipping charges. (it has ranged from $0.30 to $1.06 so far, it just depends on the amount of families that happen to order that order release date to share the cost) There is no end of this program you can continue to purchase during the off season months and the scrip rebate amounts earned will accumulate in your account. **No earned scrip monies are of cash value and can only be applied to hockey fees at HHHA.
KING SOOPERS SCRIP **(THIS IS FOR NEW CARDS ONLY)**You can order your new reloadable King Soopers cards on ShopWithScrip.com also. These are new re-loadable cards. King Soopers is the only card that youmust and can re-load in the storeat cash register or customer service desk. Just use the search feature and type in King Soopers and you will see the $25.00 reloadable card to add to your order. You can reload this card at any King Soopers Store and we will add the reloaded amounts to reflect on your account monthly when the reload reports are received from King Soopers. (There is no shipping charges on any King Soopers cards you purchase at these are on hand and available for pick up at rink any time)
OTHER AVAILABLE SCRIP If you know of a vendor that is not on the scrip vendors A-Z list that you would like to purchase from, submit the vendor name and HHHA will see if they have a program we can sign up for and add to our scrip vendors for you to order from. There are times a vendor becomes not available, has special discounts, or goes out of business and the family account online sends you an instant notice via email of these occurrences and are available on the website.
Returned Check and or NSF’s There is a $35.00 fee for each Retuned check or NSF issue with presto pay or with a paper check that HHHA will require the order to pay for each of these transactions.

Do the funds raised go to my account or to HHHA?All monies go to your HHHA hockey account. If you go over the amount of your fees for the year it will accumulate for next years fees.
I would like to receive my order faster then the 7 business days. You can opt in to pay the difference for faster shipping options. The guaranteed 7 business day shipping is the shared cost of $7.75 on each order. Contact Jaimie Lewis at jaimie2020@msn.com if you are interested in paying the difference for a faster shipping order and get details. It is $4.25 additional on top of the $7.75 for overnight:Next business afternoon delivery* Overnight delivery by 3 p.m. to most US addresses; by 4:30 to rural areas. And $5.75 additional on top of the $7.75 for Priority Overnight: Next business day early delivery* Overnight delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most US addresses; by noon or 4:30 p.m. in remote areas. It also depends on your order size for rebate amounts and may not be worth the additional cost as it eats up your rebate amount and also depends on the release date and time of order for a faster delivery date. (Ex: If order is not release until late on a Thursday evening the order won’t be processed until Friday and runs the chance if it is a large order that it may not get completed until after closing time Friday which then would be release for delivery until the following Monday.)
Oops! I forgot to order a few things. Can I add on to my order?You can modify your order until it has been billed or until we begin processing it. Once either of those events occur, it's very difficult to locate and modify an order. What's more, taking the order out of the normal processing flow may slow the process and greatly increases the chances for a billing or handling error. Orders with status of 'submittedcan be modified by calling 1-800-727-4715, choose option 2 for phone operators. If necessary, you can place an additional order which will be processed and billed separately.
I’m not getting my email from GLSC. What’s wrong?Check your email settings to make sure mail from glscmail@glscrip.com is not being filtered as spam from your inbox. Conversely, if you have a “safe senders” list, make sure glscmail@glscrip.com is on the list. Call GLSC customer service at 800-727-4715 to verify the accuracy of your email address on record. If our email address on file is correct, contact your ISP to find out why GLSC mail is being blocked.
My family has a gift card with a zero balance. What do I do?To save time and inconvenience, instruct your family to call the 800 number on the back of the card. When you call the 800 number, don’t just ask for the balance. Stay on the line and listen for options or ask to speak with an operator to get a history of the card usage. This should give you and your families the information you need.
I ordered the wrong thing. Can I return it?It’s important to check your order carefully before you submit it. If GLSC has correctly filled your order, there will be a re-stocking fee for scrip ordered in error. See GLSC return policy for more information.
When will the additional money be added to the card when reloading?Card reloads on an organization order, with other products that have to be shipped, will be processed and the funds added to the family's gift card(s) 24-48 hours after the organization submits the order to Great Lakes Scrip Center. The family will receive an email after the coordinator submits the order telling them when the funds will be available on the gift card.
What is Scrip Now?These options you can purchase online and print and use without waiting for a card if you have Presto Pay.
What if I have a Starbucks Gold Card and still want my points? When you receive your initial card from Scrip you can go on your online Starbucks account and register it there and transfer monies from this card to your gold card and still get your points. You can also give the cashier both cards and tell them you are paying with gift card but want your purchase points and still receive your points.
What if I have other people that want to help earn for my kids fees?(Grandma/Grandpa etc…) Have them sign up for their own account and email Jaimie Lewis and we will track them to your account. Or you can always buy for them on your account.
