Hyland Hills Hockey Association is pleased to
invite you to participate in our Spring Fling
Tournament in Westminster CO.
March 19-23
SPRING FLING SCHEDULE AND SCORES
Venue: Ice Centre at the Promenade (ICaP)

- PeeWee
- Bantam
- Midget

| Tournament Information:
|
- Tournament Fee - $1000 – House Squirt, Pee Wee, Bantam & Midget
- No Gate Admission Fee for spectators
- Entry fee is non-refundable after acceptance into the tournament
- Teams not accepted will be issued a refund check in a timely manner
- Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 4 games
- Upon acceptance into this tournament, the following will be required and checked upon sign-in at first scheduled game:
- USA Hockey Player Roster Form, signed by registrar (copy)
- Copies of birth certificates
- Code of Conduct & Rink Rules papers signed by coach and manager

Please send TOURNAMENT APPLICATION, TEAM ROSTER, and team or association CHECK or MONEY ORDER for full tournament fee, (made payable to HHHA ) by January 31, 2007 to:
